Privacy
Tevelis Limited runs tevelis.com. It is a private limited company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 492969, at Adonis, Aphrodite Hills, Kouklia 8509, Cyprus. For anything on this page, write to amos@tevelis.com.
A brief sent through the form
The form asks for the problem, your name and your email, and you may add your organization. With them the server records the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and your browser's name, and the form sends a few signs that a person filled it in (for example, that something was typed). These are used to keep spam out.
The brief is stored on a server Tevelis runs, emailed to Amos Weiskopf through Gmail, and copied to a Google Sheet he uses to keep track of enquiries. Google processes it for those two services. It is used to answer you and, if you engage Tevelis, for that work. It is not sold or passed to anyone else.
The legal basis is your request: you sent the brief to have it answered (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Keeping spam out is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Booking a meeting
The meeting page at tevelis.com/meet asks for your name, your email and a time. The booking is written to Google Calendar, which sends the invitation and the Google Meet link.
Analytics and cookies
tevelis.com uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, which buttons are used and how far a page is read. It sets its cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) only if you allow them when the site asks. If you decline, Google receives visits without cookies or identifiers. Google Ads features are off.
The site also keeps a few things in your browser's local storage, none of which is sent anywhere: your answer to that question, whether you turned the sound off, whether your device drew the animations smoothly (so it does not test again), and a brief you started but did not send, so it is still there when you come back. A sent brief is cleared from it.
Google LLC may process analytics data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw here at any time.
Server logs
Like most web servers, the one that serves tevelis.com logs each request with the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser's name. The logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
How long it is kept
A brief is kept while the enquiry and any work that follows from it are open, and deleted on request. Google Analytics keeps its data for the period set in the account, at most 14 months.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data Tevelis holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a common format. Write to amos@tevelis.com. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
